The lawsuit also claims that the Archdiocese of New York and Timothy Cardinal Dolan knew about Miqueli’s ‘illegal scheme’ and did nothing to stop it. … Bronx parishioners want Miqueli removed permanently as pastor of St. Francis de Chantal. That would be a start. But the rot goes farther up.
