I think this is bad news. Verde was counting on funding from this BNDES development bank. Now it sounds like BNDES is going to get a lot more scrutiny, and maybe not have as much money to spread around. But honestly, who knows what is really going on in Brazil.

At a market cap of only $5 million US, a lot of bad news has already been priced in. Just not sure what the path forward is if the BNDES money is delayed or gone.
