Excellent question, Art.

I've been critical of the company's inability to improve margins, so I certainly have similar questions to yours.

If one has a view that they are turning the corner on both sales and costs, then I could see them being bullish. Their low price to sales ratio could also reflect a potential for the stock to gain if margin increases will come along with additional sales growth.

Plenty of ifs and not much being shown in the last quarter, IMO. It appears that they have built up book value per share over the years. That's not a bad foundation but as I stated above, I'm disappointed with their bottom line performance.
