Very often insiders are the last to know.... could also be that they are attempting to do a raise and want the price fixed- but if that was the case I would think they would be slow to register their trade...... lets not start an argument how all trades must be registered in X amount of days.... what is legal and what happens are about as far apart as Redding is to Queens land.
