Why not buy HOS 2020 bonds ( 440543AL0 ) that YTM 14% now? Or are you expecting 3-4x on the stock without corresponding risk vs. bonds?

The positive is that they might be cash flow positive without the newbuilds, so perhaps no reason for BK scare. The negative is that the business might get worse from here. I'd have to look at their PPE to see if it's worth carrying cost - possibly.

Actually, it might be that stock is not a bad bet. How does their contract book look?
