No real idea what is going on with PSEC, but I keep an eye on it as I have a small amount in my mothers account. Seems nobody but the company sees PSEC + three pieces as worth than what PSEC is worth now alone. Maybe they don't want to be bothered having money set aside for rights offerings. Maybe they figure they will buy rights in the parts they may want. Maybe they figure PSEC + three parts will pay less than what they would get now. Maybe it is a bargain................
