Can you provide a URL for the full article from the Globe&Mail? Here's an exerpt from the Ottawa Citizen article about the same sale:

"Mr. Matthews filed a notice early yesterday with the Toronto Stock Exchange to inform market officials of his plans to sell the shares -- one per cent of his Newbridge stake of 40.5 million shares -- on or after Sept. 16, a TSE official said."
