Oh I know that feeling... left the juniors behind quite awhile ago.. After looking really smart in the crash.. reality set in afterward LOL.. lots of wheel spinning and slippage (more like cascading) ... Sizable holding in GLK and an old loser in ZMS (McWhirter and me, LOL) .. Beyond that just totally changed gears... Went back to school at my old age LOL... Do landscape work now which I love... outdoors, keep fit.. and get paid for it !!! Stocks ? no O&G beyond Conoco for the refining, divvy and USD exposure. Switched to heavy USD weighting overall a few years back. Got really lucky finding a kindred spirit on SI with lots of US stock experience and smarts so we exchange ideas.. works well.. Hence I'm a lot quieter on boards :0) Stick mostly to my knitting on Beaver Lodge, humor and doggie threads.. Dabbled back in Political Free for all.. every 4-5 year thing LOL.. Stocks are still a lot of yielders on CDN side. so all in all onward and upward .. little of the exuberance from the old boom days in ferts for example... but a lot less pain.. Real estate.. well nothing in life is certain.. BC fine for now and Toronto.. still about getting on and off the bus not too far from civilisation.. otherwise yeah a long lonely walk.. Good luck Acton.. If it doesn't make you happy overall... it's not right. Life is short... There is little of more import than being happy...
