There is a comment from this article worth posting too. (I deliberately didn't include the remarks about Eli since I wasn't comfortable repeating them). The comment below addresses how we interpret the results of the go shop period. Again, more questions...
You certainly do not seem all that initiated in the process or main arguments from dissidents. Of course no co. came forward in a "go shop" period that allowed MLNX to retain the right to match any offer. Why would any co. pursue an earnest effort of due diligence with that provision in the agreement.
