Of course no co. came forward in a "go shop" period that allowed MLNX to retain the right to match any offer. Why would any co. pursue an earnest effort of due diligence with that provision in the agreement. In addition the EZCH CEO's actions during the past 30 days some would describe as curious but I believe the more accurate description would be "actionable". I have held for the past 4 weeks that I am likely to vote yes so I am not an emotional dissenter or even a wild eyed enthusiast shareholder. I will likely take the deal so as to conclude any involvement with a very weak and I suspect corrupt leader of EZCH. 17 Dec, 01:42 PMReply!
