Wow! Proof NOAA's adjustments strongly bias the warming. This casts a shadow on NOAA's data (also used by NASA, Japan, and Australia), and it casts a shadow on their claims of 2015 being the hottest year ever. Dr. John Nielsen-Gammon put his name on this, which is a huge seal of affirmation. Here's his publication record: atmo.tamu.edu
