There's been discussion about this before, and it's in the header in Rule 3:

If a stock gets delisted during the game, however, the owner must sell the shares or cover the shorts of said stock and will get the closing value of the next regular trading day.
In clear language, no purchases of or holding on to bulletin board or pinko sheet stocks!

It says, to me, that the KBIO gets valued on the next regular trading day, not a pre-market price, not yesterday's price, and not Friday's price if it doesn't open. If the "next regular trading day" is after the round is over, we still value it when there is a known next regular trading day and use that "closing value". It might be Monday or Tuesday.
