[ Playing with the numbers.... continued ]

Here's my best GUESS at finishing PEG...

I have $28.8 Million {ADSL-ONLY} profit for Westell's FISCAL year 1999, which starts in 3 months. SteveG has 14 Million...

SteveG's numbers -

~14 Million {ADSL-ONLY} profit / ~32 million shares = ~$.46/share

now

$.46/share * 35% GR = ~.16 * 100 = $16/share.

BillC's numbers -

~28.8 Million {ADSL-ONLY} profit / 32 million shares = ~$.9/share

now

$.9/share * 50% GR = .45 * 100 = $45/share.

If you want 35% GR... fine... but I'll use 50% GR.

$.9/share * 35% GR = ~.31 *100 = $31/share.

Conclusion -

SteveG's - $16/share vs. BillC's - $45/share

Comments??? until later.

PS. I enjoy details... Let's find some URL's that support:

1) GR
2) Cost/line
3) profit margins
4) tax rate
