No I did not say that. YOU ARE SAYING THAT. You obviously missed the point of the post. Early mental health care might have avoided the incident. So do you think the Big Spending Republican "trillion" dollar budget has enough spending on mental health care? You are avoiding the question I posed. TIA for your insightful response.
