'SAD' - same here, it's fairly universal to some degree probably, natural to prefer the expansionary lengthening of days as opposed to heavier and heavier gloom heading into december solstice ... especially for outdoor oriented folk, and especially on the wet coast here, don't get much clear sky or northern lights ... you can see why pretty much all cultures have had solstice celebrations, it's important ... combined with tax-loss dumping season, it can be deadly and/or profitable |
