I don't. That's all the documentation I've received from him so far. I'm asking for more documentation. I might try looking up the company that did the samples and call them. I've been thinking about talking him into selling the mine and trying to broker a deal between him and whichever investor or mining company shows interest. He said his costs to mine it and refine it into dore bars is only 300 US dollars.
We have a conference call scheduled for tomorrow.

This is his response to a few questions of mine I sent him via email,

"It cost us about $300 per ounce to mine and process the ore. The beauty about mining in the Philippines is everything is pretty cheap compared to if we were mining in the United States including labor. In regard to the assay, as I explained in the previous email, small scale mining do not do drilling. Instead when the out-crap on the surface is located a tunnel is constructed as to follow vein. With that said, samples of the vein are taken every 1.5 to 3 meters of digging for assay as to maintain that grade is still high enough to mine (90% of the times it is, even sometimes gets higher as you get deeper). So in essence you can say each mining tunnel is one large drill hole. You classify such methods as exploration but being profitable in the process.

Well we do not have a US bank account as of yet, we were waiting until we build up enough capital to be on a large scale level of operating before we did all of that. One of our goals, actually this is our ultimate goal, is to be listed on a major stock exchange at some point once we have all the pieces in place.

All you methods of funding is alright with me. I was actually willing to give 15% of the profits from this site to an investor, so profit sharing can also be another option if you'd like."

Everything within the parentheses is what he told me in his latest email. So I guess they aren't drill results. They use a different method. This isn't an open pit mine. It's underground.
