Trump is not seeking the presidency

..he is the favorite of a vocal minority of the minority party, with little chance of significant crossover voters

..all now is noise

He has known this all along

He also understands the lizard brain of the repubican party, and how to feed it the nonsense it wants to hear

What we are watching with Trump is simply an ostentatious, wide open public negotiation by the guy who wrote "The art of the deal", performing a rope-a-dope on the repubican party

He has kidnapped a lot of GOP fools and is currently negotiating the ransom with the deep pockets of the party

He knows that since the US has effectively rescinded any law on political bribery with the Citizens United decision, it is simply a matter of time until the fat cats pitch a half billion dollars into a Trump Tribute superpac for him to get lost

..they have no chance with him

He knows that, his ego could not take a loss to Hillery or Bernie, either outcome likely as his general election support is very narrow

...and that bastard has no intention of working as hard as a president must
