I think I will wait, so may Toshiba users are pissed off that the Fn key does not work, I think Toshiba may buckle and issue a fix. Its just a hope, if in the next couple months I don't see anything I will go back to Windows 7. They have fixes for Fn keys on newer computers that upgraded to Windows 10, but not the older ones.

I will image the Windows 10 partition before.
