The only proviso that I would add to the idea of a Civilian Response Corp, is that there should be a very careful, legitimate, diligent, and thorough screening process for accepting applicants. All felons, illegals, Muslims, and those with a history if mental illness should be absolutely barred from even applying. That screening process alone would weed out the vast majority of leftist applicants. They're the ones who would cause the greatest internal threats within the Civilian Response Corp. |
