The Judge should make them available as talking points to offset those who use the talking points supporting Hillary. One of the reasons is simple.. The Judge has done the work to keep things accurate. Two most are too lazy. Carly Fiorina has her own. The problem with Carly is she continues the rant that SHE is electable and Donald is not. Sorry Carly, you have it backwards so when you have the moment in front of the camera stay focussed. If you want to present the facts re Hillary.. then do so.
