How about you get off FF's finally. You have land and it's all not growing trees, you have two ponds so you have water ... you should have a horse. You could go into town to visit your daughter and Arkie grandkids. You could haul your trash into town in saddle bags and hook your reuseable cloth grocery bags over the saddle horn.
