Pssst.....contrary to popular opinion over at fantasyland, Copper Fox does not reap any tax benefit from the flow through shares it is issuing. Copper Fox has no revenues for any tax advantage to be offset against, therefore they are allowed to pass on that benefit to individual investors who subscribe to the PP - which is why they can charge more for the shares than non flow through.
