In fairness, brundall, if you're referring to this statement from Prospekt:

"I think I know the answer to this. I was reading the regulations yesterday and they say that when you offer flow-through shares the price has to be higher than the market price and it has to incorporate the value of the tax deduction."


... then that suggests to me she is referring to the person buying the shares, and not the company.
