I listen to programming on my radio called Those Old Radio Programs every night. And they have commercials on it as well from the 40-50's. They called sugar coated cereal food energy. Wild Bill Hickock always promoted Sugar Corn Pops, then later it was called Corn Pops. This was still back in the 50's.
