Will it be OK if MS includes Office Pro, Money, C++,etc.... into the Windows 95 as part of the OS and force all the OEM to take it as it is .

According to lead attorney Urowsky, yes. It just isn't quite economic at this point, though if Microsoft decides it needs a flat tax of $200/unit from OEMs, it could happen.
