Thanks for posting. I did a search for the Schedule 13D you referenced. See the bottom of the document, "Schedule B":

You'll see that RC sold put options on 12/16 and 12/17. It also increased its share in the common stock on 12/14 and 12/15 so that it now owns 8.1% of EZCH. (It will also be able to vote the new shares since they were purchased three days before the record date).

RC appears to be increasing their ownership stake in EZCH and without the protection of put options. I don't see any changes in their strategy based on their actions last week. If anything RC appears more committed to an independent EZCH.
