Ariad publishes research on choline kinase (ChoKa) inhibitors in ACS... Nothing new here beyond the patent application, dating from March 2014, and likely wraps up the research effort on this metabolic target. Does make me wonder if prior EGFR (T790M) research dates from 2011, ChoKa research from 2012, EZH2 work from 2013, and '788 was designed in 2014, then what did the med-chem PhD's do in 2015? Since '788's provisional was filed in May of 2014 it's likely they are already preparing the next one. Here's hoping Paris picks up the pace in 2016. pubs.acs.org
