Elmat, The problem with forecasts is that they assume smooth linear trends. The reality of the world is that linear trends are not the norm in energy. Energy is cyclical as the market moves from shortage to oversupply and so forth. Hence the statement, the cure for low oil prices is low oil prices and the cure for high prices is high prices. Bob
