VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 1997--Triple "D" Court Inc., a NASD, OTC Bulletin Board Corp., has effectively changed its name to "VIDEO STREAM INTERNATIONAL, INC."
Trading of Video Stream International, Inc.'s stock will commence the opening of business Dec. 24, 1997, under the new trading symbol VSTM. The new Cusip number is 926572 10 8.
The business of Video Stream International, Inc. consists of the design, manufacturing and marketing of high bandwidth communications products and services for use by the film production, post production and commercial production companies. Video Stream International, Inc. is developing technologies and networks to allow film production, postproduction and commercial production companies to cost effectively communicate audio and video film "dailies" across distances and to multiple points, on a secure, full motion, real time basis. In addition, Video Stream International, Inc.'s products and services will include full motion, full duplex, video conferencing capabilities. Video Stream International, Inc. is currently preparing for manufacturing of the commercial version of its hardware product for supply to initial customers.
