Carol thanks for the link-never saw that page before, but it is now bookmarked-apparently one form is a copy of the tender offer statement and the other must be the solicitation letter-both apparently need to be okayed by the SEC ( or at least receive a letter of no action) before we the shareholders get to see them-can't give you any more detail-tried calling IST but they are gone for the holidays-don't know if I gave you anything you didn't already know-it would be nice if another company thought adnv was worth $5mm and upped the offer to .01 per share-I can always dream.-in the mean while Merry Christmas-after this buyout takes place, I figure to have about $10,000 in my Ira that has been sitting there for 5-10 years-any good ideas about stocks?
