Ron,

The cost of time on the negotiation side of contracts is only limited by the depth of flexibility or in some cases inflexibility of the people buying or selling the technology. The time frames for each case could be anywhere from a few days to years. But, one limit to the time available for GRNO contract execution is the June deadline for tax credits. I have found that deals often close only when they are forced to by external parameters such as deadlines that cannot be changed by the participants in the contracts. While my gut feeling is that some of the domestic GRNO deals should close in the first quarter, in this case June could serve the purpose of limitation if they don't seem to budge on their own. The international deals could actually move more quickly than those of domestic origin.

Just a couple of thoughts,

Marlin
