It was July 20, 1993----It was 94 to 96 degrees in Fort Marcy Park that day. Vince Foster was found about 6:15 p.m. in the park in a section that is very popular for hikers and near to the Potomac River Trail on the Virginia side. He was found near to the parking lot with the old Civil War relic. In 1993, most people did not know who you and Hillary were nor who Vince Foster was--------but Washington folks learned rapidly who he was when the news came out that Vince Foster was found dead in Fort Marcy Park What an entrance to the USA Washington area as Mr. Foster's body was found in the historic Fort Marcy Park just about 15 minutes from The White House. This was an affront to the whole of the USA. Yes, 1993 was the year that was--------molesting women in the Oval Office of the Capitol------how shabby can you get, Mr. Clinton. Yes a new investigation is needed.
