Only 639 posts to date in 2015 on the New Feature Discussion board. In retrospect, the few bans that were issued is a small price to pay for shutting down Dmitry's tinkering. Too bad he had to get his butt scorched with criticism and lose all credibility as admin to learn the lesson; but, at least, it halted SI's slide down the tubes. Its glory days are behind it, but that may have been inevitable anyway with the added competition from new forms of media.
