..the simplest way to reduce cop murders of blacks would simply be to fire all the repubican cops, and not hire any more

..i'd put the drop in such shooting events to be at least 90% if such a move was made

..it is the rare repubican cop indeed who isn't a gun loving racist, and feels like killing blacks is a janitorial chore
