Ruddy can you also address the optics of a company wanting to raise money but the management won't pay 60c themselves? What does that send as a message to anybody that would finance ZEN on a PP? What are the optics of an insider that will not spend 60c on his own stock to keep the company alive? Especially a stock that Glorieux says is worth $30.00? How can a company raise money if the CEO will not pay 60c for his stock? For your sake I sure hope these guys are late filers because this is about as bad as it gets, if they did not exercise.
