HERNDON, Va., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ --Network Imaging Corporation (Nasdaq: IMGX) today announced that it has signed a master license agreement with a leading financial services company for its 1View:COLD(TM) report management software. The customer is a world leader in consumer charge and credit products, investment products, insurance and international banking. Their intranet browser-based 1View:COLD system will be used to manage and track the sale, distribution and usage of the company's services. The enterprise system will support over 700 concurrent users throughout one of the organization's nine data centers. Under the master license, all subsidiaries of the company are eligible to purchase additional licenses for expansion of the system to other divisions.
Network Imaging was chosen after the customer's rigorous evaluation of technology from other top COLD vendors. This evaluation benchmarked the browser functionality of 1View: COLD's newest Windows NT release against leading competitors.
Jim Leto, president and chief executive officer of Network Imaging, said, "The power of our highly-scalable 1View technology is at the center of this win because it will allow the customer to expand the system throughout their global operations. This is another important win in the financial vertical we began to target this year. This company joins the ranks of other market leaders of similar caliber, such as Charles Schwab (NYSE: SCH), Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) and Nabisco (NYSE: NA), who have recently chosen us over some of our larger and more well-known competitors."
