No Chief, it's not simplistic at all. It's just not as complicated as you have made it out to be.

ASTM certification means this is the defined criteria within the recognized global Nuclear circle with regards to Nuclear application, hence, to gain acceptance in that limited circle, all natural graphites would need to meet those established performance criteria to be competitive.

In of itself, it does not guarantee economics of a project, so let's just get that off the pump table ............ and I use the term "pump" only to recognize that detractors look at your projections as simply that .......... the "pump".

ASTM certification will set Miller graphite as the global reference to natural graphite for the Nuclear space, full stop.

The Miller PEA will define the economic parameters in which an ASTM certification prior to, or post PEA will reflect the blue sky potential of the Miller project.

Understand this, the Miller project does not hinge on blue sky potential .................. it is merely limited by robust economics (what a shitty problem) and can be enhanced with unlimited blue sky potential.

Chief, you do't need to work so hard to sell this project ........... mother nature has made it a sure sell at $1.00 all day long, even if it isn't on your time table.
