Jesse: Hambrecht and Quist is the only research rating under QDEK and it is a hold. A "hold" is a 3 rating while a "sell" is a 4. If QDEK went to 3.7 it would mean two firms had to pick up coverage and rate it a sell (sum of 3 plus 4 plus 4, and then divide by 3to yoiel 3.67). I subscribe to ZACKS and checked on-line - as of this moment Zacks shows H&Q, only and it is rated a hold. Paul P.S. I am long QDEK
