Mister D, based upon the information in that article, it would not be unreasonable to conclude that the Miller property is not economically viable for graphite mining and that would explain why CCB is trying to salvage the project by proposing to operate a marble quarry with graphite recovery as a secondary product.

Until CCB produces the 43-101/PEA/PFS/BFS combined document that Chief promised for September 2015, we will just have to assume the worst case scenario that the Miller project is not economical.

If CCB shareholders still want to invest in a graphite project with significant potential upside, they should consider moving their investment to ZEN. As an added bonus, the ZEN shareholders are a lot nicer people with whom to be associated as fellow investors.
