Its good to hear about their earnings projections. Thank you for your post and I assure you we appreciate any info from the Atlanta news papers. We lived in Atlanta until last year and I noticed that there is a lot more local coverage on Harbinger than ever hits the national distribution networks.

The article you posted has good news about the affect of the merger on profits, but Katz was timid. He said they expect 40% growth when analysts say 45%. That may seem like a small difference, but compouned for two years, and converted to the bottom line at incremental margins (no fixed costs), and you get nearly 15% MORE profit per share. And that doesn't take into consideration the fact that we can expect the acquisition program to continue.
