PMFJI - see AAPL's filing 424B3 (Substantive change of ownership) The 12/18/97 filing indicates unknown 6% convert. bondholders transferred ownership to NatWest Securities etc Yesterdays transaction was a public transfer (block trade). If it was not a "insider" or substantive (5%) ownership change no filing is required. At EDGAR also see Power's registration of AAPL's stock , a required filing , which may help explain yesterday's block trade . Happy Holidays to all, Jim K.
