Well I hope I am not shutting discussion and input. I have seen so much obsequious fawning, along with a lot of negativity intended to try and influence the vote, that it makes me want to say "get a room" and thankfully they did with the MLNX chat room. This "new" poster and the response to this poster who supposedly owns 20,000 shares with a cost basis of 10, but came here today to try and figure out what to do, looks like a very childish deceit that you would try to pull on people who you thought just fell off the turnip truck. I am all for a discussion in the middle of a negotiation, but the last three posts look like an attempt to obfuscate Squeak's clarity in an attempt to influence EZCH longs through manipulative fear and negativity that has nothing to with companies' appraisal method to determine underlying value.

"Look, T, I have followed the company for a long time. I truly think comments like this:

Until the valuation reflects an understandable rationale that includes all the parts of EZCH, the deal should be blocked.
...are wrong."

That's O.K.. Why do you think they are wrong? Do you think that that Barclays' cash flow projections are wrong? Do you believe it is wrong to include the cash in the appraisal? Do you think it is wrong to assume that the capitol investment in the NPS and MX-100 have value? Do you think it was wrong to believe what EZCH has been saying about the NPS' Tier 1 design wins and future prospects?
