Tim, Mike: I will be looking for MIOA to do some good for America or International next year and beyond. According to management, those overseas investors really screwed up this year's potential. Also, there is a laundry list of items in progress that may be good for this company. I won't forget the past year, but I am willing to forgive. If management can put something together constructively, they have a chance. Based on their track record thus far, I am not confident that they can. HOWEVER, the reg S situation is now over, so a new life may become evident in the next twelve months. Price is still going down- investors selling off losses. I have more than made back my losses with plays in BCMD and definitely ABTX. Morrell says great things coming-I told him that I'd wait this time to see them develop. More than anything else, I'd like to see MIOA do some public good with their niche in the market. I know alot of small communities that would love to have access to cardiac cath or just plain health care!! Best of luck investing. Happy holidays. Miller
