...Open carry in TX will only be allowed for people already licensed for concealed carry ... Oh no, that's no good! Those concealed carry folks don't want anybody to KNOW they actually are packing. They could get hurt or even SHOT by a perp or a cop who doesn't give a shit if he's a good guy or not. Nope, keep those weapons hidden except when you wanna show off a little bit to the girl friend or the neighbor kids.
