My husband actually made the au gratin potatoes the other night. I just showed him your recipe and he is definitely going to make it. He liked the idea that there is more cheese in your recipe.

I noticed that the Prime Rib recipe I posted wasn't the one I want to make. I found one on my phone while traveling around the other day, and now I can't find it. One thing we thought sounded interesting is that it called for roasted garlic that once done was squeezed out and mixed with the other ingredients.
