Ed: Thanks and you have a good holliday too!

Ed: If you get a chance this holliday, how about taking a look at MSFT and DEll. They both took a dump today, Tuesday, what do you think the bottom is?

Thanks again for the tip on NXTL, and a possible run up. I feel like the dumbest person on earth, just discovered how to use the Stop loss, it hurt at first, but tought me a real lesson on trading. If I, and some others on this thread, effectivly used it when NXTL started the downward spiral, we would have saved many a nervous days. As you can see from one of the prior posts from Arnie, good traders appear to be likened to good crap betters, education in the art of hedging and stopping losses can certainly put the odds in the trader's favor.

Standard procedure should be, with every buy order a stop loss order should be entered. As the investment increases, change the stop loss order upward. If the investment decreases, well the stop loss should protect against a major catastrophy. Is my thinking correct in this regard?

Have a good holliday, and again, thank you for your contribution to this thread.

Regards

thinking, over the holliday, Al
