Excuse me, that assertion needs to be backed up with some cold, hard facts. Your claim is almost too ridiculous to take seriously, but let's do it for the sake of argument.

Now you want us to believe if he had put his money in index mutual funds, his net worth would be 5X what it is now.

I will believe you if you can answer these question with proof:
  1. How much money did Donald Trump inherit and what year did he get it?
  2. What has the US Total Stock Market Index done over that time frame?
  3. What is his net worth now?
  4. What would his net worth be if it was 5X greater?
