Who was that guy on SI who first predicted the bubble? How was the movie?

To me timing and business savy is everything. Is no good if you are way too early or always thinking one way either. Also recall most every permabear on these boards was fighting with us when we told them the markets had near bottomed even before Obama president and it didn't matter if it was the exact bottom as we buy well below even wholesale at cycle bottomssetting us up in a nice position for a very long time. I notice the most angry vocal permabears left the old housing crash boards several years ago basically broke betting on great depression 2 and 'L' bottom.. Doubt they will be around for the next one to benefit.
