SEC filings are factual but can have a hidden intent (timing etc)

AAPL's stock price has been driven by rumor. SEC filings protect a company (AAPL) more than its shareholders.

Here AAPL is declaring a change of ownership and it is up to the shareholders to determine whether shares will be sold at market .

My opinion of yesterdays block trade may be jaded as I hold a fair amount of AAPL at $20+ and wish to average down (buy under $12.75) .

If it was a sell by Power and a buy arranged by a concerned AAPL shareholder , who wished to protect the stock (but) at a attractive ($12 3/4) price , we MAY see a SEC filing in late Jan 98 .

Mark and Marc earlier posted their feelings . AAPL is trying to quell rumors as stock price stability has an impact on sales . Time will reward your 13 3/8ths purchase .

Regards,
Jim K.
