Hi Robert,
You're right, but I think the climate in the U.S. is quickly changing to one that favors much stronger illegal immigration laws and strict enforcement. Only time will tell.
Like I said, I favor the wall, but nothing could beat very strong AND enforced laws.
I would add to my earlier post that all sanctuary cities should be permanently abolished, and strong criminal fines should be levied against the mayors of such cities who drag their feet in complying.
As a side note, one of my business acquaintances has a stepsister, age 57, who is unemployed. She has no dental coverage. She is apparently having significant dental health issues, but she cannot afford dental insurance or the cost of dental care, so she goes without. If she were an illegal alien, should would receive free medical and dental care, as well as care for her children. That is utter bull$hit!
First of all, I am not for free anything. I don't believe in social anything. In fact, I am deeply opposed to it all. But, if we're going to have social-this and medi-that, it damned well should be given to U.S. citizens, not foreign trash and their rug rats. |
